The item arrived yesterday.It is so lovely.I have ordered the same product 3 times,last one is in color fuchsia,I sent it to my mom,she was enchanted with it.Its appearance was unbelievable beautiful!The second for my friend is in color green,I sent to her as birthday gift,she liked it too.All these 3 items functioned well.

I know that chi is top of the line when it comes to flat irons. I just want to use the best tools for my hair,when item arrived,I found the quality of the item was high and glad for free shipping but the packing was poor.
